Commercial Analytics Engineer - PowerBI

What you'll do:

The Senior Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing data models, developing complex DAX measures and calculations, transforming and cleaning data using Power Query, and creating interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization in Power BI

The role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, and requires working from the office. Hybrid working solutions may be available based on project requirements."

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Modeling: Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
• DAX Development: Develop complex DAX measures and calculations to meet business requirements.
• Data Transformation: Transform and clean data using Power Query to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Report Creation: Create interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize report performance for large datasets to ensure efficient data processing and visualization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Best Practices: Leverage best-in-class data visualization skills to enable a wide range of stakeholders, from executives to end users, to access reports and drive insights.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and gather requirements.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of database structures, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization in Power BI.
