Our site located in Titchfield is undergoing a significant and exciting transformation as we relocate to a newly constructed facility in Daedalus. This state-of-the-art site will serve as the Centre of Excellence for aerospace manufacturing across Europe, marking a new era of innovation and excellence.

We're now looking for a Buyer to join our team.

What you'll do:

As a Buyer, you'll be responsible for managing purchases of indirect materials and services from subcontractors and external suppliers across strategic commodities and multiple locations.

You'll ensure uninterrupted supply at optimal cost, quality, and service, while building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier relationships to drive cost savings and service improvements.
• Negotiate effectively with suppliers and resolve disputes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate contracts and consolidate spend.
• Support supplier onboarding and category leverage initiatives.
• Lead cost-out projects and support strategic sourcing actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities.
• Resolve supplier payment issues and support invoice resolution.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in supply chain or materials management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
