What you'll do:
- Be responsible for materials purchasing and supplier on time delivery performance
- Place PO to Suppliers based on MRP in SAP, get delivery confirmation from supplier timely.
- Expedite urgent orders to fulfill customers' urgent needs and feed back to planner on time.
- Maintain ETA date for each POs & items in SAP system, for ATP check.
- Maintain IB information in SAP system, for GIT management.
- Run PO Monitor report for tracking and order management.
- Continuously improve supplier OTD and order L/T.
- Collect suppliers' invoices and analyze GRIR VAR.
- Handle material return and replenishment
- Run consignemnt report to pull in consignment material.
- Improve consignment ratio.
- Other assignment by manager

Qualifications:- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 3 years experience at least in purchasing.
- Familiar with SAP/ERP
- Good ability of expression and negotiation
- Strong team work spirit
- Good English in reading, writing and speaking
