Business Digitalization Manager

What you'll do:
The Operation program manager is an important role in Finance and Sales Operation function. The incumbent will lead and support below projects and reports directly to the Senior Director Finance and Sales Operations, East Asia. It includes but not limited to following responsibilities: "
A. Drive operation process and reporting digitalization
B. Program manager for deployment business systems (SAP, Salesforce, E-commerce, etc)
C. Serves as key interface between IT and Business Project Teams
D. Collect requirements from each business function prior to project implementation
E. Ensure project deliverables are met (Knowledge in Agile Project Methodology and Jira Systems)
F. Coordinate testing (using Panaya Tool)
G. Change Management and Communications / Ensure Process and System Adoption
H. Resolve system issues and raise enhancement requests
I. Facilitates Inter-Departmental Collaborations / Document End-to-End Processes (cross functional flow charts)
J. Review Process Compliance, Identify Opportunities for Improvement and initiates CI Projects (using DMAIC cycle)
K. Maintain and Update EA Resource Library
L. Support Ad-Hoc Program management for the region
Qualifications:
Diploma in Finance Tech or Business digitalization related

Minimum of 5 years experience in Finance or operation program management
Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to suit the adhoc requirement
Ability of using digital tool (i.e. Power BI) is preferred)
Demonstrated strong data management skill
SAP experience is preferred.
Cross function communication and collaboration
Interpersonal savvy & mature mindset
Critical thinker and passionate about driving improvements"
