Your impact:

As a Business Development Manager - White Space, you will:

  • Drive sales of Eaton's White Space portfolio: Rack PDUs, IT Racks, Fiber & Copper connectivity, KVMs, ATS, and software solutions.
  • Engage directly with large Data Center clients (e.g., Amazon, Microsoft), consultants, contractors, integrators, and value-added resellers.
  • Coordinate with Eaton's Country Sales Organizations to manage key accounts and regional territories.
    Lead opportunity development using Eaton's CRM, conduct pipeline reviews, and manage customer projects from tender to deployment.
  • Deliver insights through Win/Loss analysis, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to Product Management.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree preferred; knowledge of IT infrastructure is a plus.
  • 5+ years in Sales or Business Development, ideally in the Data Center or IT sector.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Data Center ecosystems and White Space applications.
  • Strong international sales experience and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent presentation, coordination, and communication skills in English.
