We are seeking a talented AVL Program - Technical and Documentation Support Engineer who will join our EMEA AVL Program Team, responsible of getting our product range approved by targeted customer.
What you'll do:
- Focus on Utility & Heavy Industry, Oil and Gas segments and on all product range and initially on Medium voltage products - later expanding to cover the full Eaton portfolio, and others segments
- Gather necessary inputs from other stakeholders to respond to AVL needs
- Fill AVL application forms on customers systems
- Lead product technical knowledge and coordinate with other business units
- Possess detailed knowledge of assigned segment standards and best practices
- Discuss technical bids, explain bid formation, and suggest beneficial changes or deviations for clients and Eaton
- Prepare compliance statements and write positive deviations
- Create narratives to highlight reasons for choosing Eaton, emphasizing the technical and value proposition
- Identify opportunities to package the full Eaton scope and upsell
- Prepare presentations and value propositions for clients and engage in technical clarification meetings
- Prepare testing action plan for factories according to customer needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent required
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position ( Project management, Electrical industry, Technical and engineers coordination, ...)
Skills:
- Large technical knowledge on all electrical power train with a particular focus on MV / LV switchgear and transformer systems and management and control technology thereof
- Project management skills
- Process and continuous improvement mindset
- Agility, Problem solving and Critical thinking
- Communication collaboration skills
- Approved vendor list/certification process knowledge
- Project documentation, QA/QC, EHS process knowledge
