Apprentice - IT
What you'll do:
As a Full Stack Developer for AEM, you will be involved in developing, testing, and deploying web applications and content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. You will work on various aspects of software development, including user interface design, server-side programming, and integration with third-party services. This role offers a dynamic work environment, continuous learning, and the chance to make a tangible impact on our clients' digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of web applications using AEM and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Implement server-side logic using Java, JSP, Servlets, and OSGi components for AEM-based applications.
• Integrate AEM with external systems, APIs, and third-party services as needed.
• Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure quality and performance of the applications.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of applications on cloud or on-premises environments.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and user guides for developed solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and AEM updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering
Skills:
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of Java programming, object-oriented principles, and web application architecture.
• Familiarity or keen interest in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other content management systems (CMS).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn from feedback.
