What you'll do:

Individual will be responsible for Operational Finance analytics for Mobility group. Incumbent has to co-ordinate with Global leaders to understand the requirement and provide the solution across critical requirements. Incumbent has to identify and implement standard processes and work to consistently meet the monthly reporting schedules. Incumbent is also responsible to drive the business strategies along with operational teams to understand the Financial concepts and requirement of metrics.

"1)Working with the Mobility group globally gathers and compiles data to be used in monthly Operational Analytics of CI, CAPEX, Variance analysis,CONC, Manufacturing Productivity etc. Ensures reporting schedule and deadlines are met. Develops and implements businesses standard work processes to increase efficiency on financial reporting.

2) Review, analyze and evaluate financial data and information for accuracy, consistency and transparency. Maintain integrity of reports prepared by the COE team. Validates data and report outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3) Uses cost out database to measure cost savings, works with Mobility Group of Eaton globally to implement cost out database consistently and use as leger of record for cost savings and feed for Encore cost out numbers.
4) Manage, analyze, evaluate and interpret financial forecasts and operating results. Inform management of results and recommend corrective actions to address unfavorable variances. Provides required explanations in monthly reporting narrative.
5) Should have capability to interpret Plant operational data and explains the financial implecation of the actions.
6) Develops working with Mobility Group management on the annual profit plan using standard approach.
7) Maintains, Interprets, implement and monitor corporate financial polices and procedures, monitors that business financials are reported in compliance.
8) Creates and prepares adhoc financial analysis as per business requirement.
9) Drive the continuous improvement on various KPI's, Tools and Automation solution with business.
10) Involve in Transitioning new activities and able to create and maintain the Standard Operating procedure documents as per ISO.
11) Have to understand the available data and generate the multidimensional reports to showcasing the key performance indicators.
12) Knowledge of Data Visualization tools like Power BI will be added advantage."

Qualifications:

MBA in Finance
5 to 8 years of experience

Skills:

MS Office Package (Excel, Word & PPT) to create dynamics dashboards, Power BI
Excellent communicating skills with Customer Engagement & Customer Focus, Drives for Results and ready to adopt changes
