What you'll do:
Support the PDI Brazil business as an HR Business Partner, focusing on talent management, organizational development, workforce optimization, change management, rewards, and culture. Provide guidance to leaders on HR tools, processes, and policies to enhance organizational effectiveness, improve performance, and ensure compliance. Develop and implement action plans to achieve KPIs and business goals.
Talent & Organizational Development
Lead the Succession Planning process by identifying internal and external talent pipelines aligned with development plans, career interests, and business strategy.Drive the OCA Action Plan by proposing development plans aligned with employee needs and business goals.Manage the Performance Evaluation process, ensuring alignment with goals and the Eaton Leadership Model.Lead Survey Action Plans based on employee feedback from global and local surveys.Support the Early Talent process by identifying needs, aligning profiles and budgets, and partnering with TMOE CoE.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead hiring for contractors, aligning profiles with business needs.Partner with Talent Acquisition for salaried positions, ensuring alignment with I&D culture and internal policies.Conduct pre-analysis of compensation to ensure competitiveness and compliance.Oversee onboarding to ensure a positive experience and correct system setup based on function.
Employee Lifecycle & Compliance
Manage termination processes, ensuring clarity and conducting exit interviews.Support promotions by reviewing compensation, benefits, and bonus eligibility.
Labor Relations & Legal Compliance
Lead collective vacation planning and PPR agreement negotiations with unions.Collaborate with Legal on notifications and act as company representative when needed.Manage the PPP process and ensure NR16 compliance by tracking overtime and time banks.
Benefits & Compensation
Calculate and manage local benefits (PPR, meal and transportation vouchers).Administer educational assistance, including promotion, selection, documentation, and course monitoring.Support job description creation and updates with managers.
HR Planning & Metrics
Participate in the Profit Plan (PP) process, aligning HR expenses and headcount with the HR Manager and Controller.Monitor and report local HR KPIs monthly to HR LATAM, implementing action plans as needed.Act as the HR focal point for leaders and employees, addressing questions and supporting daily needs.Contribute to internal communications and employee engagement events.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Experience in HR
- Intermediate English (feel comfortable participating in meetings and conversations)
- Spanish (feel comfortable participating in meetings and conversations)
- Proficiency in excel and power point
- SAP desirable
- Expertise in artificial intelligence is desirable
- Availability to work at least 4 days a week in person in São Paulo (Lapa)
