What you'll do:
Job Summary
The primary function includes but is not limited to: Plan and analyze the inventory levels of parts purchased in operations, aiming to ensure the financial plan and also the delivery performance to customers. Additional responsibilities may include: Structured supplier recovery plan in the supply chain and appropriate escalation process.

Job Responsibilities
-Support to the business with high complexity.
-Generates scheduling of deliveries to the supply chain in order to keep the service to the assembly lines and Aftermarket without impacts.
-It analyzes daily the situation of the items based on min/max and shortage report, greenlight for pickup and keeps its internal customers informed about critical items.
-It monitors the delivery performance of local and international suppliers and intervenes whenever necessary, with due notice so that there is time for implementation of some contingency plan.
-It seeks all alternatives to service the assembly line in crisis situations.
-Defines and inserts system parameters that have a direct impact on inventory and/or service level for operations (Safety Stock, Lead Time, Transit Time etc).
-Identifies, controls and helps in taking actions necessary for low-turnover inventory (excess and obsolete).
-Analyzes, monitors and forecasts the inventory level for execution of the sales and financial plan.
-Develops and executes plan for inventory reduction with multifunctional teams across the organization.
Qualifications:
Must to have:
This is a temporary position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
-Proven in national and international Logistics Operations;
-Considerable experience in materials management;
-Solid Knowledge in Inventory Control;
-Domain Office and ERP Package, mainly Excel and PowerPoint;
-Intermediate or higher level of English.

-Knowledge in serial manufacturing and production process;
-Experience in the automotive industry
