Ai Lead Business Analyst - Salesforce

The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, focusing on integrating AI capabilities into business processes. They are responsible for business analysis planning; requirements elicitation; requirements management and communication; requirements analysis and validation for medium and large projects; The role includes estimating business analysis work, and meeting those estimates; testing scenarios and script development; and guiding customers through user acceptance testing. The Business Analyst also collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
A. Business Analysis Planning: Support planning and estimation for medium-scale projects using AI tools to improve accuracy and identify risks.
B. Requirements Elicitation: Conduct and document requirements gathering through interviews, and other methods, enhanced by AI tools for transcription and analysis.
C. Requirements Management & Communication: Ensure requirements align with business goals and are clearly communicated using AI-enhanced documentation and visualization tools.
D. Requirements Analysis: Prioritize and model requirements using AI to simulate processes and support decision-making.
E. Validation: Coordinate UAT, develop test cases, and use AI to automate testing and analyze results.
F. Self-Management: Independently manage analysis tasks, lead workshops, and execute UAT, leveraging AI to streamline work and boost productivity.
G. Solution Assessment: Evaluate IT solutions for alignment with business needs, using AI to identify gaps and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Corporate IT projects within a large global company.

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce projects within a large global company.

• Must have at least one of the following completed/ valid Salesforce certification(s) : Salesforce Certified Business Analyst ; Salesforce Certified Administrator ; Salesforce Certified AI ; Salesforce Certified Data Architect ; Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect .

• Only candidates currently living within a 50-mile radius of posted geographical areas will be considered for this role .
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Ai Certifications and/or knowledge of IT Ai applications or systems.

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst . 10+ overall years with IT projects.

• Strong desire to become SME in Saleforce Ai Business Analysis.

• Assist in planning the business analysis approach, deliverables, and planning estimates for medium projects

• Assist in ensuring that requirements meet the business objectives and solution design; and ensure requirements are communicated and presented in a format that are understandable to stakeholders, including solutions designers and developers.

• Assist in analyzing, prioritizing and organizing requirements to ensure efforts focus on the most critical needs, and model requirements to demonstrate process and/or solution function.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. This position will often work with other business analysts, project managers and business teams on a regular basis.
• Good team-oriented interpersonal skills. Assists with facilitation sessions, may require some coaching on how to lead and influence others, and to effectively interface and work with a wide variety of people.
• Good team player, self-motivated and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

• Some specific business knowledge of Sales & Marketing including CRM platforms
