What you'll do:
- Have sufficient experience in product design, manage the product development cycle, be able to independently complete electrical and mechanical design, participate in accessory selection, production process, testing and inspection, and ensure that product quality meets standard requirements.
- Identify potential technical risks and formulate corresponding solutions and plans to ensure the realization of Product development objectives
- Prepare Technical documentation and product specifications, and provide relevant technical support
- Research new technologies and processes within the industry, optimize design, and improve product competitiveness
- Master relevant technical requirements at home and abroad, support business and engineering departments to achieve the application of circuit breakers in both domestic and international markets
- Continuously improve design to reduce costs and increase profitability without affecting product performance,
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 10 years experience in VCB R&D
- Have a thorough understanding of materials, heat treatment, surface treatment, and other related aspects, as well as experience in electrical and insulation
- Familiar with relevant industry standards such as GB/T1984; GB/T11022; IEC 62271-100; IEC 62271-1, etc., can effectively manage the development of circuit breakers
- Proficient in commonly used design software, Solidworks, AutoCAD
- Good team communication skills, efficient collaboration with other departments
- Can read and write in English
