As a Senior Software Engineer with Dun & Bradstreet, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge data processing capabilities. You'll be working in a stimulating, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement within an agile development process, where developers are responsible for end-to-end working software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop platform capabilities, infrastructure as code, to meet business requirements
- Determine operational feasibility of proposed solutions
- Validate solutions using proof of concepts and prototypes
- Write simple code (low maintenance, extensibility, test-ability and performance)
- Collaborate with the team to take advantage of new concepts/technologies
- Make informed decisions quickly and taking ownership of services at scale
- Support and develop software engineers by providing advice and coaching
- Grow engineering teams by interviewing, recruiting and hiring
- Good knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure
- Linux/ bash scripting
- building cloud infrastructure with Terraform
- Experience with one or more tools such as Salt, Chef, Ansible are desirable
- Proven experience working on large-scale, distributed systems using frameworks (Hadoop, Spark,)
- developing CI/CD pipeline code using Jenkins (groovy)
- hands on experience with revision control system such as git
- Practical experience in automated unit testing frameworks and application monitoring
- Experience with interfacing with secret management tools such as Vault
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes , Packer, Java
- A knowledge of best practices and new emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 6+ years of Software engineering experience with specialization in Infrastructure as code & DevOps tools.
