The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the People Development (PD) team, you will contribute to the development of DTCC employees by collaborating with the team to deliver organizational talent processes and programs, such as performance management, succession planning, promotion nominations, and the employee engagement survey. Talent Development Senior Analysts perform tasks and project work such as writing communications, designing process steps, facilitating training sessions, creating job aides, and systems testing.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other PD teams and Human Resources (HR) departments to ensure clients benefit from a broad approach to talent development.
- Conduct research on PD best practices and collaborate with the team to build, implement and improve talent processes.
- Program/Project Management
- Coordinate, manage and complete tasks supporting talent processes, programs, and initiatives.
- Plan and implement logistics to ensure successful training, events, and meetings.
- Create communications and collateral for processes, training, meetings or events through selected channels (e.g. email, job aids, webpages in person materials).
- Administer the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and/or Learning Management System (LMS) including testing, building process functionality and/ or creating job aides
- Vendor and Partner Engagement
- Execute actions to facilitate vendor engagements (budget tracking, vendor onboarding or payment, risk assessments).
- Develop and sustain positive and productive relationships within DTCC and with external partners.
- Complete assigned project(s) and/ or task(s) on time, to specifications, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prioritize and switch tasks as needed to effectively address items of the highest importance first.
- Raise issues in a timely manner.
- Advance talent and development knowledge by engaging with the broader team.
- Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency in MS-Office
- Working understanding of HR principles, practices and procedures

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
