The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Cybersecurity team, the Associate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports and recommendations. The ideal candidate must have a firm grasp of information technology infrastructure fundamentals as well as proven project management (waterfall or scrum), analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. In addition, the Project Management Associate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the Cybersecurity team's operations and programs.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports/presentations
- Assist program managers with the development of budgets and schedules as well as tracking metrics
- Assess and advise on potential issues related to project/program costs, schedules, and performance
- Advise program managers with regard to planning, testing, and implementing programs, projects, or systems
- Identify and resolve program/project issues and problems
- Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operations and programs
NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Program Analyst or Business Analyst
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) within Information Systems, Computer Science, or Cyber Security fields preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Good interpersonal and report writing skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite/Products, Project Management Software (MS Project, HP PPM, Jira) and Power BI or similar data reporting tools
- Ability to collect and analyze complex sets of data
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated project management experience
