The Global Operations, Client Services & Administration group delivers world-class safety and soundness for the global financial services industry. The team provides DTCC's portfolio of core securities and superior transaction processing and client services support in an environment that minimizes risk and cost while maximizing efficiency.

The impact you will have in this role:
As the Product Management Senior Analyst, you will work with the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) Product Management team, which is responsible for setting the business vision, strategy, and goals for FICC core products. The Product Management Senior Analyst will partner with Product Managers, Client Integration, Sales, Client Relationship Managers, Application Development team, Risk Management team, and Client Operations to ensure that their decision making aligns with the overall DTCC vision, product strategies and clients' needs. The Product Management Senior Analyst will work closely with the Product Managers of the Mortgage-Backed Securities Division (MBSD) and Government Securities Division (GSD) to produce reporting that is provided to internal clients, external clients, and regulatory agencies. This role also provides an opportunity for the Product Management Senior Analyst to gain an understanding of fixed income products and markets while providing daily support to the MBSD and GSD Product Managers.

- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for internal clients, external clients, and regulatory agencies
- Support MBSD and GSD Product Managers in their tasks
- Partner with Product Managers to produce detailed business requirements for new product development or system enhancements
- Collaborate with Product Managers to produce presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update MBSD and GSD documentation on DTCC.com
- Maintain flexibility to work on ad-hoc tasks from management
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk
- Maintain and update policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (with V-Lookups and Macros), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Power BI
- Ability to code is not required but desirable
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be proactive, and show curiosity
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Strong interest and background in the financial services industry
- Excellent business writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and professional documents
