As a Lead IT Governance & Process Improvement Specialist, you will support the management and execution of IT Governance Metrics that provide quantitative view into the IT estate. In this capacity, you will work with IT and Business teams to develop the dashboards and reports for senior personas including IT Executive Management, Executive Committee, and the Board. You will collaborate with collaborators from across the Enterprise to mature and evolve the IT Governance Metrics to ensure continued relevance. As Product Manager, you will develop and drive the strategic roadmaps for the IT Governance Metrics, SDP dashboards and other high visibility and priority programs such as IT Key Person Risk which focuses on the identification, mitigation and reporting of key person risk across technology and processes. You will have the unique opportunity to build relationships and collaborate with collaborators across all organizational levels and support solutions that will have an impact company wide.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the overall IT Governance Metrics which provide quantitative insights into the IT estate.
  • Demonstrate problem solving, analytical and collaboration skills to design and develop metrics, dashboards and reports that meet the needs and expectations of various personas including the IT Executive Team, the Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors.
  • Be accountable for completion of assigned work with little day-to-day management and oversight.
  • Apply advanced understanding of functional area or product focus with significant knowledge regarding broader firm offerings / competitive market.
  • Leverage basic knowledge of market trends to influence decisions impacting team or functional area.
  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.
  • As Product Manager, ability to think both strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to act as the bridge between our customers (SDP team, IT Executives, others) and development staff, ensuring customer requirements are satisfactorily met and delivered.
  • Collaborate with collaborators at all organizational levels including officers.
  • Organize personal and team workload to meet objectives.
  • Work from a team backlog using JIRA.
  • Multi-task by supporting various efforts at one time.
  • Identify and manage process improvements across various key organizational processes such as the SDP.
  • Facilitate meetings, follow up on action items and drive consensus.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on processes and projects.

Talents Needed For Success:
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Additional Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in business analysis, program management, quantitative management, reporting or other relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and collaboration skills.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of project management and agile practices
  • Experience with JIRA, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office.
  • Takes direction and feedback well and is a quick learner, self-starter, inquisitive, and reliable team member.
  • Approachable and client focused.
  • Solid ability to multi-task and time management skills.
