The impact you will have in this role:

The Integration Consultant II works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of the DTCC Solutions suite of products. The Integration Consultant will act as the primary point of contact for Client engagements while managing a project plan and executing and overseeing all onboarding activities from pre-sales through "go- live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to define and document project deliverables through requirements discussions and workflow analysis.
  • Manage Client projects while partnering with internal resources to ensure all deliverables are met with timely and successful results. Manage a number of internal relationships - Sales, RM, Client Services Group, Compliance, Legal, Product Management, Finance, Training
  • Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously and serve as the business analyst/project manager for all. Develop and document project details, as needed, using standard templates (e.g. Project Plan, Business Requirements Document, Issues Log, Conformance Tests, Project Status Reports)
  • Lead regular project status meetings with clients and internal resources, including project status updates to senior management, to drive project success.
  • Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully hand over to production support teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience

Talents Needed For Success:
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
  • Must have extensive client facing experience with proven ability to effectively manage client expectations and concerns.
  • Understanding of the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business e.g. STP and current securities industry initiatives highly desirable
  • Experience with similar business/application messaging systems and protocols (e.g. FIX, SWIFT) highly desirable
  • Experience working for a vendor with strong external client facing capacity highly desirable
