The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Information Technology team the Executive Director of Digital Workplace Services will lead the strategic direction, innovation, and operational perfection of DTCC's internal IT support and end-user technology experience. This role oversees the internal IT Help Desk, endpoint management (virtual and physical), and Unified Communications, including Zoom, Microsoft 365, and conference room technologies. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong operational mindset, capable of driving digital transformation while maintaining financial discipline.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evolve the Digital Workplace Services strategy to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the internal IT Help Desk, ensuring high-quality, responsive support services.
  • Lead the lifecycle of all user endpoints, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
  • Advise the Unified Communications team, ensuring seamless operation and innovation across Zoom, Microsoft 365, and all conferencing technologies.
  • Maintain a responsible financial profile, aligning budgets with industry benchmarks and driving cost-effective solutions.
  • Champion innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and practices that improve the digital workplace experience.
  • Foster a culture of user-centric design by actively listening to employee feedback and incorporating it into service improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to socialize and promote IT services and tools across the organization.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader IT and business goals.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale IT support operations and endpoint environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Unified Communications platforms, particularly Zoom and Microsoft 365.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead budgets and drive financial efficiency.
  • Track record of innovation and continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and partner engagement skills.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience


Talents Needed for Success:

  • Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Passion for enhancing employee experience through technology.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
