Enterprise Services comprises of multiple functional departments including Governance and Reporting (ESGR), Client Operations, Business Operations, Data Solutions, Digital Solutions, The Resiliency Office, which all report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These functions enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end standard methodologies.

The impact you will have in this role:
This role is responsible for ensuring a robust governance framework and a strong control environment is in place across Enterprise Services. The role involves the development and delivery of performance reports (including MI) to ensure transparency and help facilitate data-driven decision-making. The role also encompasses comprehensive risk management activities including ensuring adherence to DTCC compliance and regulatory standards and partnering with key stakeholders to drive a continuous operational improvements plan.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Own and participate in Enterprise Services strategic projects. Contributing to programs involving system enhancements or redesigns and works with internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet operational quality, governance and processing standards.
- Support management of key performance data to support executive level reporting and provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions
- Execute decisive, corrective measures for both immediate and long-term objectives. Leveraging knowledge and experience to enhance internal controls and drive improvements across various processes. By identifying weaknesses and implementing robust solutions, to ensure the organization operates efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the governance framework and reporting mechanisms to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful, timely delivery of recommendations and alignment with the organizational governance and reporting best practices
- Foster relationships with cross-functional leadership to underscore the significance of a robust control environment and ensure ESGR comprehends the requirements of each functional department.
- Ensure ESGR objectives and other deliverables are aligned with divisional and corporate goals

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
