The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Growth and Strategic Alliances, Relationship Management, Marketing & Communications and Business Management.

The Impact you will have in this role:

Support the business by managing a wide variety of activities globally by working with key internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive consistencies across the businesses by implementing changes that improve the organization's efficiency.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage CCO cross-functional programs and initiatives from inception through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive accountability and delivery across CCO through structured governance and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and status reports; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Provide transparency, oversight and management of the CCO book of work deliverables
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the business in supporting the strategy, organizational design, key priorities and decisions in pursuit of the vision and business outcomes
  • Support the operationalization of annual business plans including objectives, strategies, and execution plans for the business
  • Develop monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports and materials for Senior Executives and facilitate internal meetings, including business reviews etc. (as required)
  • Identify risk mitigating and efficiency opportunities in day-to-day activity and ensure any solutions are implemented consistently across the businesses.
  • Provide data insights and drive cross-functional coordination to support business decision making.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Ability to develop and deliver both verbal and written communication that articulates complex concepts to varied audiences

  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to digest and synthesize large amounts of data and information into executive level reports and documents
  • Proven experience in business strategy, program management, or business operations in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Accountability: Demonstrates reliability by taking necessary actions to continuously meet required deadlines and goals
  • Global collaboration: Applies global perspective when working within a team by being aware of own style and ensuring all relevant parties are involved in key team tasks and decisions
  • Influencing; Convinces others by making a strong case, bringing others along to their viewpoint; maintains strong trusting relationships while at the same time is comfortable challenging ideas
