The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Technology Research and Innovation (TRI) team, the Associate Director of Emerging Technology Innovation & Enablement will lead initiatives to drive the comprehensive adoption of emerging technologies across DTCC. This role involves leading technical enablement and upskilling programs, forging strategic partnerships to foster purposeful innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout DTCC's ecosystem on transformative projects.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Innovation Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and integrate emerging technologies that align with the organization's objectives, ensuring sustained innovation and competitiveness
- Enterprise Enablement: Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the seamless integration of new technologies, promoting a culture that embraces change and technological advancement
- Innovation Think Tanks: Organize and lead think tanks and innovation workshops to encourage creative problem-solving and the development of transformative ideas within the organization
- Training and Upskilling: Drive comprehensive training programs to enhance employees' understanding and application of emerging technologies, ensuring the workforce is equipped to leverage new tools and methodologies effectively
- Problem Solving: Address organizational challenges by applying innovative solutions, enabling teams to overcome obstacles and achieve strategic objectives
- Content and Communication: Develop clear and engaging content to communicate the benefits and applications of emerging technologies, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization

Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in innovation strategy, digital transformation, or emerging technology enablement roles
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and scaling enterprise programs
- Experience in AI, digital assets, Web3, and/or blockchain technology implementation
- Experience with corporate learning strategies, change management, or innovation hub design

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
