The OB US Pre-sales team is responsible for connecting and partnering with top merchants across the US. This Vendor OB team works with Offshore vendor partners & front-line salespeople across the globe. This team is instrumental in the acquisition of new customers for the DoorDash Restaurant business.
About the Role
This Vendor Sales Manager (T6) role supports the rapid growth that we're seeing within the wider Outbound Pre-sales team. You'll have the opportunity to leap directly from an IC or Team Lead role to leading frontline leaders with our vendor partners. You will work closely with our cross-functional internal partners (training and S&O primarily). This is an exciting opportunity to help create a DD org that's still in its early stages and work with international partners, allowing for remote work and occasional travel both domestically and internationally.

Some of the responsibilities required by the Vendor OB Manager include:
- Team Training, Coaching & Support: Provide regular team training to operations and quality leaders as well as coaching guidance and support based on weekly performance readouts from the operations leaders.
- Performance Data Strategy & Analysis: Help analyze team level data and create action plans for front-line leaders and sales agents. Formulate action plans and complete project work that will drive results for company goals, interim special projects and initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with all SMB teams as well as business partners in Strategy & Operations to understand best ways to support mutual success and drive toward KPI's.
- Build and Scale: Collaborate on new infrastructure, systems and processes for new teams functions,and initiatives. This may include BPOs or new teams, by taking on various launch and ramp activities with scalability in mind.

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

See below for paid time off details:
- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
$144,160-$212,000 USD
The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
$180,200-$265,000 USD
