About the Team
Our CPG Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising. We provide digital marketing solutions to help CPG brands advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. This role will be responsible for managing our internal and external infrastructure and tools that power client-facing business reporting.
About the Role
The DoorDash CPG Ads team islooking for an operator who is both customer and detail obsessed to join our CPG Ads team to help build and maintain our universal product catalog for our CPG partners. In this role, you will accelerate our CPG business by managing one of the most critical components of catalog strategy, which is a foundational part of our CPG Ads business.

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage requests: root cause and address all inbound catalog requests. Work closely with Sales team and catalog team to ensure requests are being addressed in a timely manner and correctly
- Improve processes: track common request themes and use this information to improve our processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners: You will partner with the Ads, Catalog, and product teams to prioritize work that unlocks advertising opportunities, supports CPG brand relationships, and expands the catalog.
- Catalog rollouts: partner with the catalog team to accelerate the adoption of catalog products. Aid in developing go-to-market strategies to aid in bringing these products to internal and external stakeholders

- You have 3-4 years of experience in catalog operations or consulting; you have experience managing high quality processes, with excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and/or SQL experience
- You are strategic and effective communicator- your plans clearly meet expected business goals and are easy for others to follow
- You have a proven track record of hitting goals and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
- You don't hesitate to get in the weeds and operate at the lowest level of detail, but you're just as comfortable thinking long-term.
- You act with urgency. Speed excites you. You are a self-starter. You have a bias for action and excel in a fast-paced, evolving business
