The Tablet Operations Team drives strategic execution and operational excellence to support the end-to-end lifecycle of our tablet programs. From hardware procurement and deployment to data-driven performance insights, we enable seamless experiences for our partners and internal teams. We're building scalable solutions to support rapid growth-managing logistics, optimizing workflows, and developing tools and reporting to improve efficiency and visibility. We're looking for operations specialists who are excited to shape a best-in-class Tablet Operations function at DoorDash.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and proactive Merchant Tablet Operations Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of our tablet logistic operations. This role is responsible for supply chain coordination, logistics, inventory management, cross-functional collaboration, and operational reporting to ensure on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.

- Partner with stakeholders to scope, design, and deliver best-in-class reporting and data visualizations using tools like Sigma, Mode, focused on tablet deployment, performance, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying root causes of discrepancies, implementing corrective solutions, and working closely with operations, logistics, and field teams to drive and maintain data hygiene best practices.
- Support Tablet Operations process improvement initiatives, tooling enhancements, and automation projects by providing subject matter expertise and operational insight.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Support, Sales, Logistics, Products) to understand workflows and pain points, and develop tech-enabled solutions that eliminate manual tasks and boost operational efficiency.
- Diagnose operational bottlenecks and underlying issues, and translate them into scalable solutions across systems and tools supporting tablet operations.

- You are an experienced operations leader with 5-8+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management.
- You're an expert in analyzing data to uncover insights that drive efficiency, reduce friction, and improve operational performance.
- You have hands-on experience in hardware operations, or supply chain, with a deep understanding of cross-functional collaboration.
- You excel at optimizing and scaling processes, with a strong track record in automation and workflow improvement.
- You are a self-starter and fast learner, always eager to strengthen your analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- You take full ownership of your work, constantly looking for ways to refine your output and deliver greater impact.
- You thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments, and are confident in managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
- You're highly organized, able to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution without losing sight of the details.
- You build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
