About the Role

We're looking for a Manager on our Partner Integrations team to lead a high-impact portfolio spanning both DashPass and our new bets product suite. This hybrid player-coach role combines direct ownership of DashPass integrations, one of DoorDash's fastest growing & largest products, with people management of a small team of Technical Account Managers responsible for additional new bets in the integrations space.

You'll drive strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholders, align technical and business teams, and ensure reliable and scalable integration outcomes. This is a role for a strong operator who can balance ambiguity, prioritization, strategy, and execution, and who's excited to grow their career in a highly cross-functional and dynamic environment.

  • Own the success of our DashPass Partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third party partners, and internal business stakeholders
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related issues
  • Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our DashPass partners, leading implementation and process improvement
  • Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis and develop strategies to build and scale our integration platform
  • You'll help define the integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, technical account management, strategy & operations, or related fields, with a track record of owning complex, high-impact initiatives
  • Strong technical fluency, especially in API-based integrations, with the ability to speak comfortably with product, engineering, and external partners
  • Proven experience managing others, with strong people leadership instincts even in hybrid IC/Manager roles
  • Experience driving results in cross-functional environments with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate capacity trade-offs, manage risk, and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience working with tools like SQL to support analysis and issue investigation
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

See below for paid time off details:

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

$136,000-$200,000 USD
