Today New York, NY

About the Team

The SMB Sales Team at DoorDash's In-Store division is on a mission to help independent restaurants and growing hospitality groups thrive. We're passionate about solving real operator challenges and believe in the power of our platform to transform the guest experience. As trusted advisors, we take a consultative approach-meeting operators where they are, understanding their business needs, and guiding them to the right solutions. We're a high-energy, collaborative team that celebrates wins together, learns from every interaction, and is deeply committed to supporting the success of our customers and each other.

About the Role

As a Lead Account Executive, In-Store, you'll play a key role in scaling our presence in the hospitality industry by leading net new acquisition efforts within our SMB segment. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of net new prospects. Execute outbound strategies, leverage inbound leads, and collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to drive pipeline development.
  • Support the development of Account Executives and SDRs. Provide feedback, guidance, and deal support while serving as a mentor and escalation point for early-stage deal guidance.
  • Partner with teams across the business including Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success. Ensure smooth handoffs post-sale while collaborating on cross-functional initiatives and special campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on sales processes and tooling. Help identify opportunities for improvement and greater team efficiency while analyzing sales performance and market trends.
