Group Product Manager, Ads Marketplace
About the Team
The Ads Marketplace team is responsible for optimizing the delivery and performance of ads across the DoorDash platform. Our mission is to balance advertiser outcomes and consumer experience, driving efficient, scalable, and high-performing ad placements. This team operates across four core areas: Inventory, which determines where ads appear throughout the consumer journey; Economics, which drives pricing and auction mechanics for maximum efficiency; Quality, which ensures the right ad is shown at the right moment; and Formats, which focuses on innovating ad formats and merchandising to maximize impact. As the world's fastest growing retail media network, DoorDash Ads has surpassed a $1B run rate, and the Ads Marketplace team is leading the charge.
