- You are a strategic thinker. You're not interested in the status quo. You love thinking about new opportunities or process improvement potential. You know how to identify a problem and work through the solution from A to Z, and more importantly how to explain that thought process to others to obtain buy-in. You are open to feedback and know that the best ideas come through collaborative thinking.
- You're scrappy. You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done whether it's digging into a new process to determine how best to communicate it to new hires or helping troubleshoot a technical issue. You have a high bandwidth, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
