Dolby is seeking a world-class Senior Product Manager to lead its audio content creation solutions for XR (eXtended Reality) and interactive/emerging media experiences.

As Sr. Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of defining the future of audio creation. You will be responsible for a portfolio of products and software development kits (SDKs) used by creative professionals and development partners, for the creation and manipulation of content for Extended and Mixed Reality in Dolby Atmos. In this role, you will drive the product, business and ecosystem strategy; you will be the voice of the customer, turning feature requests and business requirements - combined with your natural intuition for making great products - into spectacular solutions for the creative community.

The ideal candidate has a passion for pushing the boundaries of audio creation. You are innately curious. You have the technical ability to go deep with research and engineering when required but understand that your real value is your strategic thinking, and your business and product acumen. You understand how our Content Creation Solutions fit into the broader Dolby strategy and ensure we bring the right solutions to market.

You will interact with stakeholders across multiple disciplines and geographies including engineering, research, marketing, legal, program management, and sales. You will be a leader, taking your colleagues and customers on the journey with you; inspiring them through your expert knowledge and passion for the work we do. You will have regular engagement with external customers and partners, representing Dolby to the industry. You will use data to inform decisions but understand that the data alone never tells the whole story. You will work both collaboratively, and with a high degree of autonomy.

The position reports to the Sr. Director of Content Creation Solutions and is ideally based in either San Francisco or Los Angeles.
