We are looking for a person interested in applying their data analytics and statistical algorithms skills to help build and drive key SW development process metrics as well as product quality metrics. During this internship you will have a chance to work with multiple product teams, who develop key Dolby technologies and help them improve SW engineering practices by providing means to monitor their processes and take important decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, extract, transform and load SW development process data as well as product quality data from multiple internal sources into a selected metrics and dashboard tools
- Develop metrics and dashboards to measure SW development process and implementation SW development practices
- Create illustrations and visualizations of data communicating results of business impact
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Knowledge of data modelling and reporting packages such as Power BI or other visualization languages
- Experience in using JIRA
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Good English spoken and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Working towards a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Statistics and/or Economics, or related coursework
- Being open to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
- Programming skills
- Practical knowledgde of JIRA API
- Experience in GitLab
