DVC Driver
About the Role & Team
The Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is a premium vacation ownership program that allows our Members to enjoy magical Disney experiences across the country for years to come.
As a DVC Driver, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional Guest service by transporting Members and Guests across Walt Disney World Resort and to various DVC Welcome Home Center locations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, hospitality, and storytelling to ensure a seamless and memorable journey. It is essential to engage with Guests in a manner that helps reduce any potential tension during the ride. The safe operation of the vehicle and ensuring the safety of all passengers is critical. Additionally, maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle throughout the shift is required to ensure a show-ready ride experience.
As a DVC Driver, you will report to the Sales Support & Services Manager.
This is a full-time role.
What You Will Do
You will offer our Guests travel assistance to and from our Welcome Home Centers located throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. To be successful in this role, you need to possess an outgoing personality and enjoy high levels of Guest interaction. You must have the ability to engage Guests through storytelling, sharing general property information, and Disney trivia.
As you transport our Members or groups of Guests, you will also be encouraged to provide information regarding what they can expect to experience during their visit. You should have a basic knowledge of the Disney Vacation Club membership and the ability to learn the exact locations and nuances of pick-up and drop-off points across the WDW Parks and Resorts. Additionally, you will immerse Guests in their surroundings by providing information about our property and, if needed, offer basic Guest recovery related to their vacation experience.
