About the Role & Team

We are seeking a seasonal Photography Coordinator to work for Disney Fine Art Photography. In this exciting position, you will collaborate with the team from the planning process through execution, send out communication, and work with scheduling teams to assign events for photographers. You will ensure guests' requests are communicated and honored, and attend meetings with multiple partners and clients, project managers, and third-party preferred vendors (such as Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Team, Sales Consultants, Club 33, FedEx, UPS, Walt Disney World Public Relations and Public Affairs, Media and Production, Parks, Planning, and Integration teams, Security, Parks Operations, and more).

If selected, you will report to the Disney Fine Art Photography Manager. 

This is a Casual Temporary/Seasonal role with no guarantee of weekly working hours, as hours will fluctuate based on business needs.

What You Will Do

  • Handle incoming guest email and telephone communication
  • Provide in-depth discovery to better understand each guest's needs 
  • Provide accurate information and recommendations based on discovery 
  • Input all Guest information into the correct files 
  • Partner with fellow coordinators and Disney Fine Art Photography Team Members 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Guest service
  • Previous Coordinator experience
  • Handle inbound guest communication, phone calls, and emails and provide excellent follow through 
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment and other technologies 
  • Work in high-volume environments and be a team player 
  • Schedule availability to include weekends, variable shifts, and holidays 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with photography, weddings, or conventions 
  • Knowledge of Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts and offerings 
  • Knowledge of BEOs, ER2, Lightyear or DSCS, PowerApps, SharePoint 

Education 

  • High School degree or equivalent
