Associate NAM Brand Comm., Hardlines (PH or IA/TA)

The Associate, NAM (North America) Brand Comm (Commercialization) - Hardlines will provide support in managing a category of products and a portfolio of licensees to meet or exceed predetermined revenue targets and growth objectives. You will support the hardlines business with day-to day responsibilities as well as consistent report analysis, new business ideation, and partner relationships.
You will report to the Manager, North America Brand Commercialization, Hardlines.
This is a 12-month temporary assignment/project hire without any guarantee of placement based out of Glendale, CA or Celebration, FL.
Responsibilities/You Will:
Category Management:
Provide support on the NAM Adult Collectibles business for Disney, Marvel, 20th Century Fox, and/or Star Wars brands
Research and respond to licensee requests
Provide support in the contract and amendment process
Help identify business opportunities and provide research and analysis on industries, markets, and trends
Ensure timely approvals of licensee’s marketing elements in online approval system.
Provide any licensee /product information in support of regional needs, marketing and brand presentations, and sales meetings
Support Line Planning and Product Development:
Liaise with Product Development team to ensure that products reflect Disney quality and franchise objectives: lead meetings; coordinate programs across all categories; review line plans; notify product development team in the case of brand or category strategy changes; coordinate public relations and advertising approvals
Support regional share outs and gather feedback regional feedback on line plans as needed
Prepare product and franchise presentations for internal and external use
Collect and organize samples
Collect, consolidate and ensure accuracy of licensee lists
Maintain and update product sell-in data
Oversee compliance of Disney Character Voice, music and sound integration for marketing use including trafficking all approvals and budgets
Finance and Business Planning:
Manage correspondence, timelines and collection of forecast information, and create forecast summaries for analysis by the team
Collect weekly sell-through information for distribution to internal stakeholders
Basic Qualifications/You Have:
2+ years of related experience with licensing
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong presentation skills
Proficient in Keynote, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Friendly, people-oriented team player
Adept at managing multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interest in category and licensing
Proven experience with OPA (Online Product Approvals)
Skilled in creating engaging presentation decks
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Preferred Education:
Master’s degree

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $64,300.00-$86,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
