Department Summary

The Talent Channels & Programs team is a part of the Talent Acquisition Infrastructure and Enablement team. We play a critical role in taking DISH Network's talent attraction strategy to the next level as we continue to grow and scale for the future. This team is responsible for evangelizing the employer value proposition and bringing innovative new attraction ideas to life to increase the funnel of qualified candidates through a targeted and omnichannel approach to drive hires.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition, Programs to lead and oversee our diverse range of talent acquisition value-based programmatic offerings. As the Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating teams leading internal mobility, referrals, diversity initiatives, events, and candidate pipeline/sourcing initiatives. Your primary objective will be to optimize these value-based programs to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our talent acquisition programs, aligning them with organizational goals and industry best practices
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of program specialists providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful execution of program objectives
  • Program Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned talent acquisition programs (not to be confused with projects), including internal mobility processes, referral programs, diversity initiatives, recruitment events, and candidate pipeline creation activities
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership, to understand talent needs and develop targeted strategies to address them effectively
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance and ROI
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by seeking out opportunities to streamline processes, enhance candidate experiences, and innovate within talent acquisition programs
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing successful talent acquisition programs and initiatives
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate engagement techniques, and interview processes
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure program performance
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $130,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
