Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides leadership, project management, and industry-standard guidance to team members
  • Leads a team in ASP to .Net migration and various .Net application development projects
  • Leads medium to large level software development projects throughout entirety of SDLC lifecycle
  • Assists with release management, change management, and formal Go-Live communications
  • Work hands-on and provide technical knowledge in the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of the Manufacturing and Distribution information systems
  • Analyzes information system requirements, creates infrastructure designs, and provides documentation by utilizing company-specified tools and methodologies
  • Provides vision, leadership, and mentoring to all developers in a transition from ASP to .Net
  • Defines problem areas on the various team, department, and enterprise levels and recommends new applications/ideas to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Develops reporting to monitor the usage of applications and prepares recommendations to increase usage based on data
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • BS/BA Degree - or equivalent experience but must be relevant to the position
    • BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related MS/MA Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as a developer with some experience leading projects and people
  • 3+ years of people management, product management, and/or project management experience preferred


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level knowledge of SDLC lifecycles and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Object Oriented Programming Languages such as C# and VB.net
  • Experience Microsoft Visual Studio, VS Code, and Adobe Dreamweaver
  • Experience scripting with SQL, PL/SQL, and Visual Basic
  • Experience in C#, JQuery, ASP.NET MVC, WPF, and .NET 6
  • Experience with SOAP and REST services
  • Release management, change management, and/or formal technical writing experience
  • Proven communication and influence skills - ability to work broadly across disparate groups to gain agreement on direction, mediate and integrate opinions into a cohesive strategy, and present options/recommendations
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
