Department Summary

The Talent Channels & Programs team is a part of the Talent Acquisition Infrastructure and Enablement team within Human Resources. We play a critical role in taking DISH Network's talent attraction strategy to the next level as we continue to grow and scale for the future. This team is responsible for evangelizing the employer value proposition and bringing innovative new attraction ideas to life to increase the funnel of qualified candidates through a targeted and omnichannel approach to drive hires.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As the Manager of Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing, you will manage a team of talent attraction practitioners to put DISH in a position to win, and report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition - Channels and Programs.

This is a strategic leadership role where you will be expected to drive cross-functional projects to position DISH as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of employer branding and recruitment marketing practitioners, including account management and creative teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with executive leaders and stakeholders to develop all talent attraction strategies
  • Work with external vendor partners to develop, execute, and report on talent attraction initiatives focusing on recruiting outcomes
  • Oversee all employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment marketing initiatives, including internal and external owned channels, candidate communications, diversity recruitment awareness initiatives, internal mobility support, strategy brainstorms, campaign implementation, campaign optimization, billing, and performance reporting
  • Manage a multi-million dollar recruitment marketing budget, ensuring effective management of budgets across teams and aligning with the annual marketing strategy set with clients
  • Review the level of collaboration within and among teams, fostering a cohesive working environment.
  • Discover and provide strategic recommendations on potential vendors and platforms
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in areas such as recruitment marketing, employer branding, brand marketing, or talent branding, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing successful talent attraction programs and initiatives
  • Strong understanding of marketing and branding best practices, including strategies for paid and organic social media, job board presence, reputation management, programmatic advertising, candidate communications, recruiting events, community outreach, CRM, and website management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure program performance


This role must be performed onsite in Denver, Colorado.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $130,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
