Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business Units to identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks across DISH.
• Provide security consultation for enterprise initiatives, policies, and best practices.
• Educate teams on security requirements and improve compliance with standards.
• Participate in testing and monitoring of security and privacy controls.
• Lead security enhancement projects and publish executive-level security reports.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of directly related experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Direct experience in GRC with strong knowledge of SOX, PCI, CPNI, CCPA, and IT compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in NIST, ISO, eGRC tools, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Experience leading security initiatives, managing projects, and rolling out new controls.
• Excellent communication, organization, and self-driven work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Other Qualifications:

• Professional certification (CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or similar) is highly desired

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $130,000.00/Year
