Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a strong, results-oriented team leader to manage our high-value and prequalified subscriber acquisition program through direct mail & digital channels and across brands. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to deliver integrated and aligned marketing plans that effectively grow the business, create brand awareness, and drive long-term, profitable customer acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead team responsible for developing and executing comprehensive direct mail & digital strategies targeting prequalified leads to drive profitable long-term customer acquisitions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, analytics, and creative, to develop targeted and cohesive direct mail & digital campaigns aligned with business objectives and customer segmentation
  • Manage end-to-end direct mail campaign process, including list segmentation, creative, offer strategy & implementation, production & distribution while creating and defending business cases to educate on strategy, testing, expected results and secure funding
  • Analyze campaign performance and key metrics to identify areas for future testing, optimization and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in direct mail, digital and other direct response marketing to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and effective
  • Lead prospect prequalification process to establish criteria and guidelines for lead qualification, segmenting for DM or Digital, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Implement processes, systems and tools to streamline and manage prequalification process, across all available channels, and improve the efficiency of process and results
  • Monitor lead quality and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on prequalification performance, customer mix, future strategies and optimizations
  • Collaborate with sales teams for alignment of prequalified program and sales strategies, capabilities and processes to maximize budget & return, regardless of channel
  • Continuously optimize prequalification criteria based on feedback and performance while evaluating additional data for targeting, personalization & performance improvements
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in direct mail marketing management (digital experience a plus), with strong record of designing and executing successful prequalified campaigns


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in lead generation and prequalification, preferably in the telecommunications or entertainment industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to track and measure campaign performance
  • Excellent team leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight, overlapping deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams and executive leadership team
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., DMA Certification in Direct Mail) a plus
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
