Job Duties and Responsibilities
An Application Experience Tester, Wireless UAT conducts user acceptance testing to drive enhanced usability and functionality in a variety of customer and customer support agent applications for our Wireless brands. A successful analyst supports project success and completion by working with business teams to ensure comprehensive, accurate, and timely testing of project features. This position requires night and weekend work, both scheduled and unscheduled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Design and Planning: Develop and execute thorough test plans based on business requirements, UI/UX mocks, and technical specifications, ensuring an optimal user experience
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues and validation of fixes
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, project managers, and customer support to guarantee successful product launches; proactively communicate status changes, improvements, and defect fixes to larger audiences

Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to balance and prioritize workload, ensuring timely delivery and planning for upcoming tasks with tight deadlines
- Skills to navigate complex applications, situations, and tasks with minimal direct oversight from management
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to define problems, gather information, and draw accurate conclusions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey testing status and discovered issues
- Strong competency using Google Suite is desired; experience / familiarity using project management software (Jira, Service Now, HP ALM) is preferred

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
