Job Description:

Responsible for developing financial projections to support planning, investment, and budgeting decisions. Analyzes financial data to develop insights into performance results and trends. Creates presentations, summarizing financial results, trends, and analyses. Advises the business on the implications of data and partners to achieve business goals. Manages a team providing both operational direction and developmental coaching.

Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

Responsibilities

  • Assesses and effectively communicates the Treasury Risks; ensures all regulatory analytics and data assumptions are accurate, follows the necessary checks and controls, are provided in a timely manner to senior management for effective risk management.
  • Develops or enhances existing frameworks, models and processes with regard to Asset Liability Measurement, Interest Rate Risk Management, Net Interest Margin Analysis, Funding Analytics, Funds Transfer Pricing, Balance Sheet Analytics, Liquidity Analysis and Capital Planning,
  • Maintains, builds, simplifies, automates or enhances the reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Develops or contributes with analytics for key strategic communications to key internal and external stakeholders; provide guidance for business partners on Treasury risks and metrics for enhanced business decisions.
  • Proactively manages ongoing regulatory and strategic requirements designed to mitigate risk through the economic cycle; monitors regulatory and market developments related to area of expertise; develops or updates Treasury related policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for developing financial projections to support planning, investment, and budgeting decisions.
  • Advises the business and business partners on the results of analyses and the implications of the data. Partners with the business to achieve business goals.
  • Analyzes financial data to develop insights into performance results and trends.
  • Creates presentations, summarizing modeling changes, financial results, trends, and analyses and socialized the same to senior leadership.
  • Manages a team and provides operational direction and developmental coaching.
  • Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in General Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in people management
  • 8+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or Banking/Financial Services
  • In lieu of a degree, 2+ years of experience in people management; 12+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or Banking/Financial Services

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we'd also look for:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury
  • Preferably QRM experience or other ALM software
  • Other technical skills such as Python, R, Stata, SQL
  • CFA

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
