Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for managing a team that develops and implements operation strategies for the oversite of mortgage servicing, including, but not limited to: third-party vendor oversite, vendor contract management, loan boarding, cashiering, collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, special servicing, escrow, invoicing, and back-office support. Develop and manage analytical initiatives that evaluate strategies, policies, and procedures. Recruit and develop talent to automate controls, improve processes, and develop controls mitigating risk.

How You'll Do It
- Develops and implements strategies to meet business goals.
- Enhances system capabilities to improve decision making and operation effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitors and maintains systems and decision integrity to minimize adverse impacts on customers.
- Manages and develops a team including hiring, performance evaluation, and development decisions.
- Plans, initiates, prioritizes, and oversees projects to meet business needs.
- Manages legal, compliance, and audit processes for the team.
- Develop and implement rules based, automated controls mitigating human error while improving efficiency.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor's in Economics, Business, Finance or Engineering
- 8+ years' experience Mortgage Servicing, Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/ Research
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years' experience Mortgage Servicing, Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/ Research or related.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's in Economics, Business, Finance or Engineering
- 10+ years' experience Mortgage Servicing, Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/ Research or related.
- Experience in mortgage servicing functions: loan boarding, cashiering, call center, correspondence, website, collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO, special servicing, escrow, invoicing.
- BlackKnight products (MSP, Loan Sphere).
- Vendor oversite; contract/SOW development and oversite.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
