Summary
Responsible for implementing strategies and systems improvements to support business operations. Utilize data to identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies, foster collaboration, and problem-solve issues. Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities
- Assess root causes and solutions for issues that arise.
- Lead performance improvement implementations.
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to define implementation requirements and timelines.
- Ensure operational readiness for all implementations, technology, and process changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations by analyzing data, listening to customer calls, interviewing staff, and observing workflows.
- Document processes and process flows.
- Drive the development and enhancement of reporting metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
At minimum here is what you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, arts and sciences, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in customer service or financial services operations
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in customer service or financial services operations
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for the following:
- Master's degree in business, arts and sciences, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in applicable line of business (deposits, personal loans, student loans), or related field

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
