What You'll Do
Responsible for providing operational support to clients across the DN and DCI platforms. This includes help desk support, portal access management, client profile maintenance, and back-office settlement support. Supporting these relationships requires effective verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It
- Research customer inquiries and supports business partners by demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills. This includes situational analysis and troubleshooting of issues pertaining to DN and DCI.
- Responsible for managing team mailbox inquiries, production ticket assignment/resolution, portal access requests, entitlement reviews, settlement support processing and general research.
- Responsible for executing on desktop reference documents, standard operating procedures, risk controls, and mapping of processes. Recommend improvements, as needed.
- Support compliance and audit teams, as needed.
- Monitors performance and suggests improvements to existing business processes with respect to risk, operational excellence and customer experience.
- Reviews project plans and coordinates project activity.
- Generates standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Meets with management to discuss details of issues.
- Directs daily operations of a department. Analyzes workflows, establishes priorities, develops standards, and sets deadlines.
Qualifications You'll Need
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Business, or related field
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years Customer Service, Business or related\
Preferred Requirements
- 4+ years Customer Service, Business or related
- Payment services experience/knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proven presentation skills
- Excellent relationship management/consultation skills
- Experience successfully managing multifaceted projects throughout the entire project life cycle
- Ability to analyze existing processes and identify ways to increase efficiency through automation and streamlining
- Must be able to achieve results working independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated skills in leading a group of people towards meeting a common goal or completing a project
- Creative and energetic teammate who embraces change and has a desire to continually improve
- Ability to understand other teams' needs; resourceful in finding solutions to business problems
- Ability to travel, as needed (on average, 2-3 times per year)
- Hands-on experience using Blueworks Live

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $60,000.00 to $93,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
