About this Role

You will be responsible for:

Managing Distribution Planning - Imports
  • Rolling 18-month shipment plan for all imported spirits (Weekly and Monthly buckets)
  • Reporting of KPIs(Cash/OTIF/COST), regular drumbeats with markets and customers, weekly health tracker and/or risk assessments, SKU exceptions.
  • Coordination of supply of imported products with manufacturing plants and logistics team
  • Manage for value across the Market's Supply Chain (E.g., minimise write-offs, double handling, etc.)
  • Act as Single point of contact to the ISC Supply Centres & Demand for supply of product into market to ensure product continuity


Process, communication and performance management
  • Identify risks and/or opportunities to the overall supply plan and execute necessary changes and communicate effectively to key stakeholders
  • Responsible for maintaining consistent inventory management practices in line with meeting demand requirements, identifying solutions to mitigate risks and improve overall tracking.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of multiple information streams
  • Manage the phasing in & out of products during its product life cycle
  • Management of slow-moving stock with the objective of minimising the write-off of obsolete finished products
  • Monthly Supply Review input for imported produced spirit


To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Relevant working experience in the production or distribution planning process, preferably in consumer packaged goods Industry.
  • Strong analytical skills (SAP APO system and Business Intelligence/BW )
  • Qualifications bachelor's degree or equivalent in appropriate supply chain, mathematical, Logistics, engineering, or business degree APICS CPIM / CSCP or equivalent desirable
  • Baseline understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes; Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Inventory Planning, Conversion, Logistics, Procurement and Customer Service
  • Proficient in MS applications e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, PowerBi.
  • Good communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
