About the Function

The Supply Financial Planning and Analysis team is a truly global and diversified department. We are adding value through the end-to-end Supply Chain from the consumer to the supplier. We are playing a big part in making our brands as we source, distill, brew, pack, and ship.

Here you can be truly connected to our brands and can get an insight into Procurement sourcing strategy and support their work with financials. You can be the Finance business partner to the Production sites and the Logistics team moving finished goods from the factories to the warehouse, then to the distributors or consumers.

About the Role

Top Accountabilities
  • Support delivery of monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, Extended WC and cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also prepare deck for the related review meetings
  • Prepare and submit Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan
  • Ensure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistencies
  • Create accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the stakeholders
  • Support finance processes where business judgement is needed, provide accureate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified and requsted


About You
  • Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business
  • 4-5 years experience in relevant area
  • Strong accounting experience
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
  • Have an excellent understanding of BW, SAP, PowerBI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making
  • Fluent English knowledge
