About the role

The Supply Manager is the financial and strategic business partner for the given GBS OH area. They lead the creation of a consolidated picture for both financial and operational performance. They help the Finance team to develop and own the financial aspect of both short and long term plans and performance delivery. As the FP&A lead for all of the business unit related questions with the internal Finance teams

  • Support delivery of monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, Extended WC and cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also prepare deck for the related review meetings
  • Prepare and submit Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan
  • Ensure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistencies
  • Create accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the stakeholders
  • Support finance processes where business judgement is needed, provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified and requested


About You
  • Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business
  • 5-7 years experience in relevant area
  • Strong accounting experience
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
  • Have an excellent understanding of BW, SAP, PowerBI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making
  • Fluent English knowledge
