The Strategy Manager will work closely with senior leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic projects aimed at enhancing overall supply performance. This role requires a dynamic and visionary leader who can lead key company initiatives, improve productivities and efficiencies, and ensure effective project follow-up.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize strategic projects that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
  • Support the strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other methodologies to optimize operations and streamline processes.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to supervise key performance indicators (critical metrics) and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with key partners at all levels to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
  • Apply advanced critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Mentor team members in developing their critical thinking capabilities
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement by finding opportunities for process optimization
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and effective resource utilization.
  • Creation, development, and monitoring of events and agendas across various areas and suppliers to ensure they collaborate in building and performing activities in line with the organization's strategic guidelines, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure proper budget usage and handle all administrative processes inherent to the area.


Experience / skills required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, industrial engineering, operations management, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategy development and execution within a supply chain or operations environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in the supply chain industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
