About You:
In support of Diageo's continued growth and our commitment to our Society 2030 - spirit of progress plan, we have the desire to transform hiring outcomes in our mid-to senior hiring across LAC by hiring a Strategic Sourcer to be accountable for executing our hiring strategy in this space. This role will enable the delivery of critical strategic pipelines and balanced gender representation for senior hires across the region.

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcer who has a delivered senior to executive hiring, ideally in consumer environment and is confident working with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, across a diversity of geographies and cultures.
This is an exciting role which will bring significant value to our mid to senior hiring strategy. The Strategic Sourcer will be able to bring passion, creativity and rigour to our hiring process. You will be comfortable engaging with senior candidates and will bring outstanding communication, influence and partnering to our most senior business and HR leaders.
About the Role:

In order to accelerate our achievement of this Society 2030 I&D commitment, whilst also strengthening succession pipelines to critical senior roles. This role will ensure that we have equity in our pipelines and shortlists to enable us to improve gender and ethnic diversity in support of our Society 2030 ambition and to ensure the future potential of hires being made.
This will involve the execution of the hiring strategy as outlined by Talent Engagement Leaders, working with existing Talent Engagement team to deliver strategic pipelines that are targeted on a number of critical capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
Attraction:
- Intentional market mapping and talent pooling for each pipeline to deliver high potential, diverse hires
- Applying advanded sourcing and researching techniques beyond LinkedIn to find top talent for DiageoUse data-driven insights to make recommendations that influence the overall hiring strategy, providing strategic sourcing recommendations to improve the quality and diversity of the candidate pipelines that support our strategic talent goals
- Create a talent ambassador capability within the business by working with leadership groups to activate their networks
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence and sourcing strategies
Assessment:
- Work with the HRBPs and business Leaders to identify key questions, indicators and Leadership Standards within our interview toolkit to ensure each candidate is assessed competently for both the role and future potential
- Actively support the hiring process to drive great hiring decisions
Cultivation:
- Champion the efficient use of our Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system and act as an SME, ensuring data accuracy and demonstrating insights to improve sourcing strategies
- Review and track progress of each candidate monthly and ongoing steps, ensuring a high touch candidate experience
- Leverage feedback from hiring managers and candidates to ensure best in class experience
- Prepare regular reports to show progress and share market intelligence
- Work closely with employer brand to design candidate engagement strategies for our senior and executive hiring
- Work closely with Talent Engagement leaders to coach and upskill the wider team in sourcing tools and techniques
Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages
- Previous experience of senior/ executive hiring within a fast-paced environment.
- A business partnering mindset that holds tension, drives accountability and delivers strong outcomes
- A creative and engaging approach to senior hiring that drives positive engagement with all partners
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills - English and Spanish are essential
- Experience leveraging data and analytical insight to transform hiring outcomes
- Proven ability to engage and influence business partners/stakeholders across a broad geography and diverse business landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, relationships and workloads
- Proficiency using recruitment technologies.
