  • Coordinate the statutory outsourcing process with EY: maintain timelines, align internal and external deadlines, and manage status communication.
  • Act as liaison between EY and internal teams (Finance, Tax, CoSec); ensure timely and complete data delivery.
  • Drive internal review and sign-off of statutory financials; consolidate feedback and ensure timely responses.
  • Track EY deliverables, escalate issues, and ensure final outputs meet regulatory and audit standards.
  • Identify and manage risks (e.g. delays, accounting issues); maintain risk log and involve stakeholders as needed.
  • Lead status meetings; ensure clear, action-oriented communication across all parties.
  • Ensure audit readiness and proper documentation of key decisions and communications.
  • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining processes.
  • Perform and review month-end close activities, including journal entries and BFC reporting.
  • Ensure financial processes are timely, accurate, and fully compliant with internal (CARM) and external controls.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business
  • Qualified accountant
  • 4-5 years' experience in relevant area
  • Experience working within an international / multicultural environment
  • Exemplary Risk Management (Internal Controls, Managing Risk, Embedding Compliance & Ethics)
  • Strong Financial Controlling knowledge (Balance sheet, Group and Local Financial Reporting, Accounting principles)
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to see and understand the big picture and deliver high level message, offering solutions for issues
  • Fluent English knowledge
